Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku motivace pracovníků v dopravních a logistických podnicích, konkrétně v Dopravním podniku hlavního města Prahy. Bachelor's thesis focuses on worker's motivation in companies of transport and logistics. Specifically in the Prague Public Transit Co, Inc.
