Bakalářská práce popisuje funkci státní politiky zaměstnanosti, její efekty a dopady do veřejných výdajů a její roli při řešení důsledků spojených s nezaměstnaností. This bachelor thesis describes the function of state employment policy, its effects and impact on public expenses and its role in dealing with unemployment problems.
