Modelling of sustainable development in the micro region by hierarchical structure of fuzzy inference systems ? social area

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelováním udržitelného rozvoje v mikroregionu Pardubický kraj pomocí hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů. Indikátory udržitelného rozvoje jsou voleny pouze ze sociální oblasti. V první části práce je analyzována problematika trvale udržitelného rozvoje, a to na všech úrovních ? mezinárodní, národní, regionální i lokální. Jsou zde popsány indikátory, které do sociální úrovně spadají a indikátory, které jsou zvoleny v této práci jako vstupní parametry modelu. V další části práce je diskutována problematika hierarchických struktur fuzzy inferenčních systémů a popsány jednotlivé navržené struktury ? kaskádní, stromová i kombinace kaskádní a stromové struktury. V poslední části práce je znázorněna a popsána klasifikace obcí do sedmi předem zvolených tříd.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with modelling of sustainable development in the Pardubice region using hierarchical structures of fuzzy inference systems. Indicators of sustainable development are selected only from the social field. In the first part of this work is analyzing the issue of sustainable development, and at all levels - international, national, regional and local. There are described indicators that fall into the social standards and indicators that are chosen in this work as model input parameters. In other parts of the work is discussed the issue of hierarchical structures of fuzzy inference systems, and described each proposed structure - cascade, and combination of tree and cascade tree. In the last part of the work is shown and described the classification of municipalities in the seven pre-selected classes.
