Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zjistit úroveň právního vědomí učitelů základních škol, zejména v oblasti péče o děti, ochrany jejich práv a jiných problémů každodenního života. Je zjišťována také potřeba dalšího právního vzdělávání učitelů a jejich názor na některé právní instituty. Práce sestává ze dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. The topic of the bachelor thesis is to find out the lewel of legal conscience of teachers of primary schools mainly in the spheres of children care, protection of their rights and those conserning everyday life, i.e. spheres of civil, family and criminal law.
