The life stories of university teachers of Russian language and their pedagogical thinking

Abstract:

Diplomová práce Životní příběhy vysokoškolských učitelů ruského jazyka a jejich pedagogické myšlení zkoumá pedagogické osobnosti na rusistických katedrách Pedagogických fakult po celé České republice. Náš výzkum je založen na sedmi hloubkových rozhovorech s předními pedagogickými vyučujícími ruského jazyka a literatury na českých vysokých školách, kteří byli starší čtyřiceti pěti let. Jednotlivé rozhovory byly zaměřeny na jejich osobní vývoj, zkušenosti v oboru, doporučení začínajícím mladým učitelům, vývoj výukových metod a průběh pedagogických praxí. Zkoumá se reflexe vlastní profesní dráhy, sporné momenty, úskalí práce a nové podněty ke zlepšení. Výsledky našeho kvalitativního výzkumu mohou posloužit k sebereflexi jednotlivým rusistickým pracovištím, jako informativní zdroj o jednotlivých pracovnících pro studenty nebo prostředek k dalšímu výzkumu námi otevřených nových otázek.

Abstract:

The thesis Life stories of the university teachers of russian language and theirs pedagogy thinking analyses teachers personalities of those teachers who are teaching on Department of Russian Studies on the Faculty of Educationin the whole Czech Republic. Our research in based on seven detailed interviews with the key teachers teaching russian language and literature on Czech universities and who are older than forty five years. Individual interviews were based on theirs personal development, experiences in the field, recommendations to the young teachers starting theirs careers, development of the teaching methods and the practice of educators. We are analysing theirs own personal career, disputable moments, difficulties of theirs proffesion and new incentives for improvement. The outcome of our qualitative reseach can be used for the selfreflecion of particular russian workplacies, as a source of information about particular teachers useful for the students or as an input for further analyses that remained open in this research.
