Předkládaná diplomová práce prezentuje projekt nově vytvořeného balíčku služeb v Lázních Luhačovice, a.s., který bude nabízen firemní klientele. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky získané studií odborné literatury zabývající se cestovním ruchem a lázeň-stvím, marketingovým mixem a analytickými metodami použitými v práci. This dissertation presents a project of a newly created service package in Spa Luhacovice a.s. which will be provided to corporate clients. In the theoretical section is sumarized knowledge obtained from literature focusing on tourism and spa industry, marketing mix and anlytical methods used in the work.
