Resocialization of Drug Addicts

Abstract:

Teoretická část se zabývá drogovou závislostí, léčbou závislosti včetně resocializace. Popi-suje vznik a následky závislosti, možnosti léčby a systém následné péče. Praktická část se věnuje resocializaci drogově závislých, kteří absolvovali léčbu v terapeutické komunitě. Kvalitativní výzkum je rozdělen do dvou částí. První část obsahuje osobní a toxikologickou anamnézu účastníků výzkumu. Jednotlivé anamnézy odhalují jejich životní příběhy a jsou tak základním východiskem pro druhou část výzkumu. Jejím hlavním cílem je problematika resocializace, tedy znovuzapojení závislých zpět do života. Důležitým faktorem je zde léčba v TK, neboť tam celý proces resocializace začíná. Výzkumník má za cíl blíže pronik-nout do problematiky resocializace. Upozornit na získané dovednosti v TK a jejich využití při řešení krizových situací po léčbě. Celý výzkum poukazuje na demotivující prvky, pod-půrné faktory a zásadní změny po léčbě ve vzájemném kontextu s udržení dlouhodobé abstinence.

Abstract:

The theoretical part deals with drug addiction, addiction treatment and resocialization. It describes the beginning and the consequences of addiction, possibilities of treatment and the system of aftercare. The practical part deals with resocializatison of drug addicts that undergone treatment in a therapeutic community. Qualitative research is divided into two sections. The first part contains personal and toxicological history of research participants. Each individual anamnesis reveals their life stories and is a primary starting point for the second part of the research. Its main objective are problems of resocialization and reintegra-ting the addicted back to normal life. An important factor is the treatment in therapeutic communities since it's where the whole process of resocialization begins. The researchers aim to get more insight into resocialization, point out their gained skills in therapeutic communities and it's use when dealing with crisis situations after the treatment. The whole research points to demotivating elements, supporting factors and fundamental changes af-ter treatment in the context of sustaining long-term abstinence.
