Předmětem této rigorózní práce je představení a juristický rozbor trestních deliktů, které jsou obsahem zákona na ochranu republiky z roku 1923. The subject of this thesis is to present a jural analysis of criminal offenses, which are part of the Republic Protection Act of 1923. Thesis follows the general historical and political causes that led to the enactment of this Act and its subsequent amendments in the relevant period.
