Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá migrací existujícího systému pro sledování a hodnocení učitelských praxí na platformu ASP.NET. Cílem práce je převést stávající backendovou část systému postavenou na technologii Spring Boot na modernější a flexibilnější platformu, která umožní snadnější údržbu a rozšiřitelnost. Na začátku práce je rešeršní část, kde jsou uvedeny práce a odborné články na související téma, přinášející cenné poznatky a rady týkající se migrace aplikací na platformu ASP.NET. Ve druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny hlavní použité technologie, které jsou zde blíže vysvětleny. V další části práce je popsána analýza současného stavu. To zahrnuje zejména popis současné backendové vrstvy a předběžné porovnání s budoucím navrhovaným řešením. Poté je pro úplnost také popsána i frontendová vrstva aplikace, která ale zůstane téměř nezměněna. Dále jsou uvedeny některé důležité diagramy (např. Use case) kvůli celkové přehlednosti projektu a také určení metodiky vývoje. Následuje samotná implementace nové backendové vrstvy informačního systému, blíže jsou popsány zejména jednotlivé problémy a komplikace, které nastaly během této migrace. Poslední kapitola poté popisuje postup uvedení nového řešení do běžného provozu. Závěr práce shrnuje dosažené cíle a ukazuje, že migrace na platformu ASP.NET byla úspěšná a má potenciál pro další rozvoj.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the migration of an existing system for tracking and evaluating teaching practices to the ASP.NET platform. The aim of the thesis is to migrate the existing backend part of the system, built on Spring Boot technology, to a more modern and flexible platform that allows easier maintenance and extensibility. At the beginning of the thesis, there is a research section where papers and scholarly articles on related topics are listed, providing valuable insights and advice on migrating applications to the ASP.NET platform. In the second section, the main technologies used are presented and explained in more detail. In the next section of the paper, an analysis of the current state of the art is described. In particular, this includes a description of the current backend layer and a preliminary comparison with the future proposed solution. Then, for completeness, the frontend layer of the application is also described, but remains almost unchanged. Furthermore, some important diagrams (e.g. Use case) are provided for the overall clarity of the project and also to determine the development methodology. The actual implementation of the new backend layer of the information system is described in more detail, especially, the individual problems and complications that occurred during this migration. The last chapter then described the process of deploying the new solution into normal operation. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the achieved goals and shows that the migration to the ASP.NET platform was successful and has potential for further development.
