Diplomová práca skúma vplyv podnikovej kultúry na motiváciu zamestnancov. Hlavným cieľom bola špecifikácia podnikovej kultúry vybraného podniku (bol určený jej obsah a typ ) a jej vplyv na motiváciu zamestnancov.
