Flow je pojem vycházející z pozitivní psychologie amerického profesora Mihaly Csikszentmihalyiho. Tento termín označuje stav, ve kterém se člověk ocitá při vykonávání činnosti, jenž ho baví, a jeho teorie zároveň zkoumá pocity, kterými se daný stav vyznačuje. Flow is a term originated from positive psychology of American professor Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. This term represents the state in which the man is during doing an activity which he or she enjoys. The theory of flow also describes all kinds of feelings which he or she feels during doing that activity.
