Touha po seberealizaci nebo potřeba něco po sobě zanechat je častou motivací pro zahájení podnikání. K předpokladům úspěšného podnikání patří také správný výběr vhodné formy podnikání. Ambition for self fultillment and for leaving behind a legacy is a frequent motivation for a person to initiate business. Choosing the proper form of business is a fundamental decision to succeed.
