Diplomová práce se zabývá charakterizací barevnosti vín z oblasti Bzenec za použití spektrofotometrických a koloristických metod. Mimo samotnou charakteristiku a popis bílých a červených vín a jejich výroby, popisuje teoretická část révu vinnou, jakožto hlavní surovinu pro výrobu vína a také její chemické a fyzikální vlastnosti, mezi které se řadí již zmiňovaná barevnost. This diploma thesis investigates the colors of wines from the Bzenec area using spectrophotometric and colouristic methods. In addition to the characteristics and description of white and red wines and their production, theoretical part describes the vine as the main raw material for the wine production and also chemical and physical properties of vine which includes the color.
