Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací hypotečních úvěrů v České a Slovenské republice a na základě nalezených závěrů se posuzuje vliv makroekonomických ukazatelů na trh hypotečních úvěrů. The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of mortgages in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and researching the impact of macroeconomic indicators on the mortgage market. The theoretical part deals with the definition of mortgages in general and from the point of view of legislation.
