The Popularity of Latin American cuisine in Switzerland
Abstract:
The Bachelor´s Diserrtation analyzes the popularity of Latin-American cuisine in Switzerland. The first part of thesis deals with a history of Latin America and comparing it with Swiss cuisine. An analytical part focused on a personal anonymous questionaire and on three interviews with responsible employees in three different restaurants with Latin-American cuisine. Bakalárska práca skúma popularitu latinskoamerickej kuchyne vo Švajčiarsku. Prvá polovica práce sa zaoberá históriou Latinskej Ameriky a porovnaním jej porovnaním so Švajčiarskou kuchyňou. Anylytickú časť tvorí prieskum zistenia popularity latinskoamerickej kuchyne formou anonymného dotazníka a rozhovorov s vedúcimi pracovníkmi troch vybraných zariadení s touto tematikou.
