Experience of employers with employing people after their imprisonment

Abstract:

Magisterské diplomové s názvem „Zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů se zaměstnáváním osob po výkonu trestu“ se zaměřuje na zaměstnávání osob po výkonu trestu z pohledu reflexe zkušenosti zaměstnavatelů. Cílem práce je popsat a prozkoumat, jak zaměstnavatelé vstupují do procesu zaměstnávání osob po výkonu trestu na základě jejich reflexe vlastní zkušenosti se zaměstnáváním osob po výkonu trestu. V práci využívám procesy zaměstnávání a bludný kruh stigmatizace a diskriminace, jehož součástí je proces sebestigmatizace osob po výkonu trestu. Kvalitativní výzkum, který zodpoví hlavní výzkumnou otázku a specifické výzkumné otázky, byl proveden prostřednictvím hloubkového polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Součástí práce je interpretace dat plynoucích z rozhovorů. Výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro budoucí zkoumání v oblasti penitencirání, sociologické, psychologické či resocializační pedagogiky.

Abstract:

Master ‘s thesis with name „Experience of employers with employing people after their imprisonment“ is focused on employing people after imprisonment from viewpoint of reflection of employers experiences. Aim of the thesis is to describe and explore, how employers enter process of employment after imprisonment and on base of their reflection of their own experience with employing people after imprisonment. In the final thesis I use processes of employment and wandering circle of stigmatization and discrimination, whose park is process of self-stigmatization people after imprisonment. Quality research, which answers main research question and other research questions, was done by in-depth semi-structured interview. Part of the thesis is interpretation of data from the interview. The results could be used as basis for a future research in penitentiary, sociological, psychological, or resocialization area of pedagogy.
