Diplomová práce se zabývá výživou a stravovacími návyky žáků středních škol. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy z oblasti výživy, energetickou bilanci, výživová doporučení a popisuje zjištění nutričního stavu. Diploma thesis is focused on the nutrition and eating habits of pupils at secondary schools. I n the teoretical part I describe concepts of the nutrition, energy balance, nutritional recommendation and the detection of nutritional state describtion.
