Rescue operations of patient with suspension trauma

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je zajištění pacienta s traumatem z visu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsáno, jak k traumatu z visu dochází, základní patologie traumatu z visu, co trauma z visu ovlivňuje, jaká je jeho prevence. Také je zde zmíněno, jaké jsou následky daného traumatu a v neposlední řadě také samotná záchrana osoby ve visu. V praktické části, jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které proběhlo mezi Zdravotnickou záchranou službou Plzeňského kraje, Horskou službou oblast Šumava a Hasičským záchranným sborem Plzeňského kraje. Praktická část se zaměřuje na postup záchrany osoby s traumatem z visu u vybraných složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Další téma zmíněné v této části je zaměřeno na prvotní příznaky a jejich časový nástup. V praktické části je také zmíněno, zda jsou vybrané složky integrovaného záchranného systému pravidelně školeni v této problematice. Dále se zde věnujeme složkám integrovaného záchranného systému, které se podílejí na záchraně osoby s traumatem z visu.

Abstract:

The theme of the bachelor thesis is "Rescue operations of patient with suspension trauma". The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, readers can learn the causes of the suspension trauma and the basic pathology of the suspension trauma. Further on, the part explains what factors influence this trauma, and what is the trauma prevention. There is also mentioned, what are the consequences of the suspension trauma and finally how to deal with the rescue of a person at height. The practical part presents the results of a questionnaire survey that was sent out between the Medical Rescue Service of the Pilsen Region, the Mountain Rescue Service of the Šumava Region, and the Fire and Rescue Service of the Pilsen Region. The practical part focuses on the method of rescuing a person with suspension trauma in selected emergency services of the Integrated Rescue System. The next topic in this section focuses on the initial symptoms and their onset time. The practical part also mentions whether selected components of the integrated rescue system are regularly trained in this issue. We also deal with emergency services of the integrated rescue system, which participate in the rescue of a person with suspension trauma.
