SENTENCE SERVING INDIVIDUAL WITH MENTAL RETARDION

Abstract:

Jedním z cílů diplomové práce je ozřejmit možnosti využití kvalitně zpracovaného programu zacházení v rámci systému práce ve vězeňství a zároveň v rámci systému komplexní péče o odsouzené s mentální retardací ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V úvodní části práce autorka přiblíží problematiku penitenciárního zacházení s uvězněnými osobami z hlediska její specifikace. Cílem je pokusit se ukázat možnou cestu a směr při sestavování a realizaci resocializačních postupů, při dosahování cílů stanovených v programu zacházení a zároveň zhodnotit podíl jeho vlivu na formování osobnosti odsouzeného. V teoretické části je stručně popsána historie trestu, historie vězeňství v České republice a její koncepce rozvoje. Následuje charakteristika mentální retardace, její stupně a příčiny, dále pak problematika etopedická a to zejména specifikace pojmu porucha osobnosti a duševní porucha. V empirické části je podrobně zpracován terapeutický program pro odsouzené s mentální retardací. Zde jsou popsány metodické postupy a východiska vlastní speciálně-pedagogické činnosti, a to zejména vznik a charakteristika terapeutické skupiny, východiska a cíle pro terapeutickou práci, dlouhodobý průběh terapie a zpětná vazba o výsledcích terapie na základě stanovených programů zacházení, v rámci praxe speciálního pedagoga. Aplikace terapeutického projektu je demonstrována v rámci případových studií klientů, které obsahují anamnestické údaje, popis průběhu terapie, celkové shrnutí a zhodnocení výsledků cílů programů zacházení na formování osobnosti jedinců. V závěru celé práce přichází celkové shrnutí a zhodnocení výsledků práce vzhledem k vytýčeným cílům.

Abstract:

One of the Goals of the Diploma Thesis is to show the possibilities of use of a quality program in terms of systematic Work in Penitentiary, as well as in terms of complex care of the sentence serving with mental retardation. In the Introductory part, the author will describe the problematic of Penitentiary handling of a sentence serving person, in view of their specification. The goal is to try feasible way, by creating and realizing re-socializing steps, by achieving goals established in the handling program, and at the same time evaluate the portion of effectiveness by forming the personality of the sentence serving. (incarcerated) In the theory part is a brief description of the punishment history ,history of the penitentiary system in the Czech republic, and concept of their development. Then follows the characteristic of mental retardation, its grades and causes, further the problematic of etopedic, focusing on specification of the term ?personality and mental disturbance?. The empiric part contains a detailed therapeutic program for the sentence serving with mental retardation. Here are described the methodic ways and solutions based on special pedagogic activity, especially the creation a characterization of a therapeutic group, ways and goals for the therapeutic work, long term therapy process, and feed back of it?s effectiveness based on the established programs about handling in terms of the special pedagogue praxis. Application of the therapeutic project is demonstrated in case studies of clients, which contains anamnesis data, description of therapy progress, summary and evaluationof goal effectiveness to form the personality of individuals. At the end the total summary of the results in reference to the set goals will be evaluated.
