Analysis of the impact of the emergency caused by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus on public finances

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu dopadů mimořádné události způsobené šířením viru SARS-CoV-2 na veřejné finance. Záměrem práce je zhodnotit příjmovou i výdajovou stránku veřejných rozpočtů, které byly ovlivněny přijatými krizovými opatřeními vlády, zejména z pohledu vydaných opatření zmírňujících dopady této mimořádné události na podnikatele a další subjekty.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to analyse the impact of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic crisis on public finances. The main objective is to evaluate both the income and expenditure sides of public budgets. These were affected by the emergency measures taken by the government, especially by the measures intended to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on entrepreneurs and other entities.
