Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Učitelem se člověk rodí aneb analýza životních příběhů pedagogů s mnohaletou praxí nabízí pohled do školního prostředí a na životní příběhy zkušených učitelů. Vychází z osobitého pohledu jednotlivých dotazovaných a zaměřuje se na hledání shodných aspektů, které vykonávání jejich povolání provázejí a které garantují, že dotazovaní jsou ve své profesi úspěšní. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí – teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část se věnuje důležitým zásadám, které posilují výchovně vzdělávací hodnoty pro budoucnost celé naší společnosti. Ukazují směr, na který by učitel neměl zapomínat, který zkvalitňuje jeho práci a učí dítě žít kvalitní život ve společenství lidí. Zamýšlí se nad osobností učitele, který je kompetentní zvládat požadavky nové doby. Poskytuje náhled na vyučování jako na mnohostranný proces, který je ovlivněn řadou nejrůznějších faktorů. Nabízí pohled na současného žáka. Mapuje jeden z faktorů, který negativně ovlivňuje naše školství a tím je velký podíl žen učitelek v základním školství. Nabízí možná vysvětlení, proč tomu tak je. Srovnává roli sociální pedagogiky a pedagogiky, poukazuje na shodné úkoly sociálního pedagoga a učitele. Na teoretickou část navazuje část výzkumná, jejímž hlavním cílem je zmapovat životní názory, přání, postoje a zkušenosti dotazovaných pedagogů s mnohaletou praxí. Prostřednictvím provedených rozhovorů a jejich analýzou výzkum odhaluje používané strategie dotazovaných učitelů na jejich cestě za úspěchem. Dále se snaží zmapovat významné sociální interakce provázející jejich profesní i osobní životy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis Someone is born teacher or analysis of the life stories the teachers with extensive experience offers an insight into the school environment and to the life stories of experienced teachers. It is based on the distinctive view of each of the respondents and focused on finding the same aspects that accompany the exercise of their profession and to guarantee that inquiries are successful in their profession. This thesis consists of two parts – a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part deals with the important principles that enhance the educational value for the future of our entire society. It indicates the direction in which the teacher should not forget that it improves his work and teaches the child to live a quality life in their community. It reflects on the personality of the teacher who is competent to manage the demands of the new era. It provides insight into teaching as a multifaceted process that is affected by many different factors. It offers insight into current pupil. It maps one of the factors that adversely affect our schools and this is a large share of female teachers in primary schools. It offers possible explanations for why this is so. It compares the role of social education and education, points out the same tasks of social educator and teacher. The theoretical part is followed by the research part which main object is to explore life views, desires, attitudes and experiences of those surveyed teachers with extensive experience. Through the interviews and their analysis research reveals the strategies used by teachers surveyed on their way to success. It also tries to map out important social interaction accompanying their professional and personal lives.
