Přestavba obchodního centra je komplikovanou a velice náročnou záležitostí. Důvodů pro přestavbu může být několik. Mezi ně spadá například i rozšíření objektu a snaha o udržení jednotnosti obchodního centra jako celku. Což je přesně případ Centra Chodov. Reconstruction of the shopping center is very complicated and challenging process. Reasons for the reconstruction may be different. In this case it is about expansion the shopping centre and renovation the older part of the shopping centre in the same time.
