Abstract:

Téma „Vývoj regulace bankovního sektoru po roce 2008“ jsem si zvolila z toho důvodu, že bankovní sektor a finanční služby jsou komplexním a velmi složitým systémem, který podléhá přísnému dohledu. Jedná se o významnou část ekonomiky, která ovlivňuje chod celého státu a také ekonomika a finanční trhy jednoho státu ovlivňují v menší či větší míře celosvětovou stabilitu a finanční systém. Zranitelnost a slabiny předchozího systému regulace finančního a bankovního sektoru byla zjištěna v roce 2007 a následujících, jelikož rok 2007 byl zlomový pro ekonomiku Spojených států a rok 2008 byl začátkem světové finanční krize. Byl to mezník, od kterého začala transformace bankovního sektoru do podoby, kterou má v současnosti. V některých státech tato krize vyvolala problémy a nestabilitu měny, ekonomický kolaps; jiné státy to ustály s menšími ztrátami.

Abstract:

I chose the topic "Development of banking sector regulation after 2008" because the banking sector and financial services are a complex and very complex system that is subject to strict supervision. This is a significant part of the economy, which affects the functioning of the entire state, and also the economy and financial markets of one state affect, to a greater or lesser extent, global stability and the financial system. The vulnerabilities and weaknesses of the previous system of financial and banking regulation were identified in 2007 and beyond, as 2007 was a turning point for the US economy and 2008 was the beginning of the global financial crisis. It was the milestone from which the transformation of the banking sector into its current form began. In some states, this crisis has caused problems and currency instability, economic collapse; other states settled it with smaller losses.
