Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu motivace zaměstnanců a systému odměňování v Zoo Dvůr Králové a.s.. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat motivaci zaměstnanců a systém odměňování ve vybraném podniku. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoreticko-metodickou a aplikační část. The theme of the bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees and the system of rewarding in the Zoo Dvůr Králové, plc. The aim of the thesis is to analyse what the motivation of employees is and how the system of rewarding in the chosen company looks like.
