Abstract:

Disertační práce „Specifické formy rozvoje osobnostní kompetence u sociálních pedagogů“ pojednává o formě vzdělávání rozvoje osobnostní kompetence u sociálních pedagogů a o konfrontaci stávajících pohledu na tématiku rozvoje osobnosti v pedagogických a pomáhajících profesích. Rozvoj osobnostní kompetence pedagogů je aktuální téma zejména v souvislosti s budoucím Rámcovým vzdělávacím programem Školního vzdělávacího programu, průřezového tématu osobnostně sociální výchova. Sociální pedagog je odborník připravený nejen pro oblast pedagogickou (výchovnou a vzdělávací), ale i pro oblast sociální a společenskou. Pracuje v oblasti rozvoje lidských zdrojů. Výzkumné šetření podpořené teoretickou částí je zaměřené na jednu z klíčových oblastí v této práci, sice kompetenci osobnostní. Snaží se zachytit elementy, které upozorňují na význam rozvoje osobnosti směrem k jedinci i společnosti, a upozorňuje na některé aspekty toho jak je tato oblast vnímána společností, respektive pracovníky v oblasti pedagogických a pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

The thesis „The Specific Forms of Personal Competence Development of Social Educators“deals with the form(s) of teaching of personal competence of social educators and with the confrontation of current approaches to the development of personality in educational and related professions. The development of personal competence of educators is becoming a current issue, especially in the context of the reformed (incoming) National curriculum and reformed (incoming) school curricula with the part of personal and social education. The social educator is an expert prepared not only for pedagogical area (educational and pedagogical), but also for social and societal area. The qualitative research supported by the theoretical part is specialized in one of the key competence in this thesis, the personal competence. It is trying to highlight the elements which refer to the importance of the personal development towards the individual as well as society, and draws attention to the aspects of how this personal area is seen by society, or more precisely by educators and related professions.
