Práce se zabývá Evropským sociálním fondem a rozvojem lidských zdrojů. Charakterizuje činnost Evropského sociálního fondu a konkrétní nástroje, prostřednictvím nichž vytváří svou politiku. This dissertation is about European social fund and development of human resources. It describes it´s function and concrete instruments allowing to it´s policy.
