Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je postihnout historický vývoj právní úpravy ochrany ovzduší zejména na území České republiky a rozbor platné právní úpravy se zaměřením na nový zákon o ochraně ovzduší.
Abstract:
The target of this diploma thesis is to involve the historical evolvement of the legal regulation of air protection in Czech Republic and to analyse applicable legal regulation with focus on the new law of air protection.
