New types of tourism and their implementation in tour operator activities.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je analýzou nových druhů cestovního ruchu, které se neustále rozvíjí, a také nevšedních průvodcovských služeb zajišťovaných sociálním podnikem Pragulic. Hlavním cílem je analýza a zjištění rozvoje cestovního ruchu díky specifickým průvodcovským službám, které jsou vykonávány sociální skupinou lidí bez domova. Autorka se v úvodu práce zaměřuje na definice týkající se cestovního ruchu, podrobný popis nových druhů cestovního ruchu a také průvodcovské služby. Analytická část představuje sociální podnik Pragulic a jeho poskytované služby. Zároveň za pomoci vybraných výzkumných metod dotazníkového šetření a řízených strukturovaných rozhovorů byly zjišťovány další informace pro potvrzení nebo vyvrácení stanovených hypotéz. Získaná data též sloužila jako podklady k vytvoření vlastních návrhů a doporučení, které autorka uvedla v návrhové části bakalářské práce. Závěr práce shrnuje potenciál růstu projektu Pragulic na trhu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis represents an analysis of new types of tourism, which are constantly developing and also unusual guide services provided by the Pragulic social enterprise. The main aim is to analyze and establish the development of tourism, thanks to the specific guide services performed by a social group of homeless people. The author is at the beginning of the work focused on the definition of tourism and detailed description of new types of tourism guide services. The analytical part is about the social enterprise Pragulic and its provided services. The obtained data also served as the basis for creating their ownsuggestions and recommendations, which were stated by the author in the suggestion part of the bachelor thesis. In the conclusion is possible to submit that the Pragulic project has growth potential in the market.
