Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematicke duševního zdraví na pracovišti z pohledu firemní kultury. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zabýváme vymezením pojmů zdraví, duševní zdraví, stres, pracovní stres a pracovní uspokojení. První kapitola pojednává o zdraví, o duševním zdraví a o pracovním uspokojení. This bachelor thesis deals with problems of mental health of employees from the perspective of firm culture. This thesis is divided into two parts.
