Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Metoda BSC jako nástroj podpory inovací“ má za cíl analyzovat zavedení metody Balanced Scorecard v konkrétním výrobním podniku z hlediska plnění strategických cílů v oblasti inovačního managementu. Práce řeší problematiku měření plnění strategie v podniku Beneš a Lát a.s..Obsahem práce je teoretická část zaměřená na strategickou analýzou, definování strategie podniku, metodu Balance Scorecard a její implementace. Analytická část podrobně zkoumá podnik pomocí strategické analýzy, jeho mikro a makro okolí. V návrhu řešení je pak na základě provedených analýz stanovena strategie podniku, která je aplikována na metodu Balanced Scorecard. Ta je detailně definována od rozdělení do perspektiv po rozvrhnutí strategických akcí. Předposlední část práce pak řeší konkrétní doporučení pro implementaci Balanced Scorecard v podniku Beneš a Lát a.s..

Abstract:

The thesis „BSC Method as Support Instruments for Innovations" aims to introduce methods to analyze Balacend Scorecard in a manufacturing enterprise in terms of the fulfillment of strategic objectives in the field of innovation management. The thesis solves the problem of performance measurement strategy in the company Benes a Lat a.s.. The thesis is consisted of theoretical part focused on strategic analysis, defining corporate strategy, the Balanced Scorecard and its implementation. Analytical part examines in detail the company through a strategic analysis of its Microenviroment and Macroenviroment surroundings. The proposal solution is based on the analysis set company strategy, with which it is applied to the Balanced Scorecard. This is defined in detail by division making perspective after the layout of the strategic actions. The penultimate part then deal with specific recommendations for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the company Benes a Lat a.s..
