Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou "Poskytování duchovní podpory umírajícímu". Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část práce blíže popisuje pojmy smrt a umírání a popisuje potřeby umírajícího či těžce nemocného člověka. Dále charakterizuje paliativní péči a stádia umírání. Bachelor thesis is aimed of "Providing Spiritual Support for a Dying Patient". The thesis consists of two sections: a theoretical section and a practical section. The theoretical part discusses such as terms "death" and "dying" and also analyzes needs of a dying or a terminally ill person. It also discusses palliative care and different stages in dying.
