Diplomová práce zkoumá otázku potenciálního nesouladu mezi definicí uprchlíka dle Úmluvy o právním postavení uprchlíků a definicí dle tzv. kvalifikační směrnice. Dále podrobně rozebírá čl. 14 odst. 4, 5 a 6 kvalifikační směrnice. The diploma thesis examines potential incompatibility between the definition of a refu-gee under the 1951 Refugee Convention and the definition made by the Qualification Directive.
