Kinetic regime in life of children with handicap in kids home

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování problematiky pohybového režimu na pilotním vzorku dětí z Dětského domova ve Vřesovicích. Práce je zaměřena na důležitost pohybu jako součásti zdravého způsobu života. Tělovýchovná a sportovní činnost tělesně a mentálně postižených dětí kladně ovlivňuje jejich fyzický, psychický a sociální stav, posiluje charakterové vlastnosti a rozvíjí volní vlastnosti, pracovní schopnosti a vytrvalost. Současný životní styl našeho obyvatelstva, zvláště mládeže, vede postupně k velkému snižování pohybové činnosti nejen u zdravých, ale zvláště tělesně postižených. U zdravých dětí by se měla stát tělesná výchova v blízké budoucnosti denní potřebou, u dětí tělesně postižených je to nutností. Je přirozené, že ne všichni rodiče, vychovatelé či učitelé mají odborné tělovýchovné vzdělání, aby mohli tuto úlohu plnit. Ne všechna naše výchovná zařízení mají k dispozici dostatečné materiální a prostorové podmínky pro cvičení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the physical regimen in a pilot sample of children from the children’s home in Vřesovice. The author has examined the importance of exercise for healthy lifestyle. In physically and mentally disabled children, physical education and sport positively influence their physical, mental and social condition, contribute to the development of their personality, volitional qualities and working abilities, and encourage perseverance. Due to the contemporary lifestyle of people, especially of the younger generation, physical activity plays an ever-decreasing role in the life of healthy people and, above all, of the physically disabled. For healthy children, physical activity should be an everyday need in the near future; for physically disabled children it is absolutely essential. Naturally, not all parents, educators or teachers have the required special qualifications in physical education to fulfil this task. Furthermore, not all our educational institutions have the requisite equipment or space for exercising.
