Abstract:
Cílem práce je zhodnotit aktuální směry v personálním managementu a jeho vliv na konkurenceschopnost podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje popis personálního managementu a konkurenceschopnosti. Praktická část zahrnuje personální činnosti, které jsou využívány ve vybraném podniku.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is to evaluate the current directions in personnel management and its impact on the competitiveness of the company. The theoretical part contains a description of personnel management and competitiveness. The practical part includes personnel activities that are used in the selected company.
