Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována tématu institucionální struktury regulace a dohledu nad finančním trhem v USA v kontextu jejího vývoje, současné situace a budoucnosti. Téma je velmi aktuální z důvodu zmíněných v předchozím textu, ale i v kontextu dalšího vývoje finančních trhů. Někteří odborníci a analytici se shodují na tom, že i přes relativní stabilitu na amerických finančních trzích v současné době stále existuje hrozba druhé vlny finanční krize, která by mohla postihnout i tak poměrně slabou ekonomiku země (v důsledku první vlny krize), a navíc zasáhnout i jiné světové ekonomiky. Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu struktury regulačních orgánů dohlížejících na finanční trh v USA, charakterizovat funkce a kompetence každého orgánu dohledu a kontroly a uvést změny v institucionální struktuře regulace a dohledu nad finančním trhem způsobené reformami v této oblasti.

Abstract:

This thesis is dedicated to the topic of institutional structure of regulation and supervision of financial market in the USA in the context of its development, current situation and future. The topic is very timely in the context of the further development of financial markets. Some experts and analysts agree that despite the relative stability of the U.S. financial markets at present, there is still the threat of a second wave of financial crisis, which could also affect the way the country's economy is relatively weak (due to the first wave of the crisis), plus hit other world economies. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the structure of the regulators of the financial market in the USA, to characterize the functions and competencies of each institution's supervisory and control state changes in the institutional structure of regulation and supervision of financial market caused by the reforms in this area.
