Cílem mé práce je přiblížit Vám problematiku vad právních úkonů. I když je toto téma velice rozsáhlé, myslím si, že díky názorným příkladům je možné se v něm orientovat. Vždyť ve světě právních úkonů žijeme, jsou nám tedy blízké a mnohdy tušíme, jaký postup je správný a který naopak není.
