Abstract:

Předmětná bakalářská práce je na téma " Prevence při následné sociální interakci obětí loupeží v sázkových kancelářích a peněžních ústavech".Cílem mé práce je předestřít čtenáři problematiku oběti, viktimizace, chování a prevenci k dané problematice a dále pak potvrdit vztah mezi nedostatečnou prevencí finančních institucí ve vztahu k oběti a dopadem na sociální vazby v rodině oběti a tím zjistit, zda interakce na pracovišti ovlivňuje sociální interakci v rodině oběti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to kompilační a empirickou. V kompilační části charakterizuji protiprávní jednání loupežného přepadení, samotnou oběť, pojem viktimologie, rodinu a prevenci. V empirické části této práce popisuji mou praktickou činnost k předvýzkumu, předkládám výzkumné otázky, profiluji respondenty a v závěru hodnotím splnění cíle. Násilí je i v moderní době problém, který je nutné řešit. Nejzávažnější násilné skutky jsou kodifikovány v trestním zákoníku. Loupež je závažný trestný čin, a pokud jej pachatel spáchá, musí počítat s vysokým trestem. Ale i trestní právo se stále potýká s nedořešenou otázkou obětí. Ve své práci chci upozornit na nedostatky v prevenci všech finančních institucí proti loupežím. Nedostatečná prevence se však týká samotných pracovníků, nikoliv technického zabezpečení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the topic "Prevention of subsequent social interaction of robbery victims in betting shops and financial institutions". The main goal my work is to shown to the readers the issue of victimization, victimization, behavior and prevention to the issue and to confirm the relationship between the lack of prevention of financial institutions in relation to the victim and the impact on social ties in the victim's family and thus to determine whether the interaction in the workplace affects social interaction in the victim's family. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, compilation and empirical. In the compilation part I characterize the illegal acts of robbery, the victim itself, the concept of victimology, family and prevention. In the empirical part of my thesis I describe my practical activity in the framework of the pre-research survey, present the research questions, the profile of the respondents and at the end I evaluate the fulfillment of the goal. Violence is a problem in modern times, which must be addressed. The most serious acts of violence are codified in the Penal Code. Robbery is a serious crime, and if the perpetrator commits it, a high punishment is to be expected. But even criminal law is still struggling with the unresolved issue of victims. In my work I want to draw attention to shortcomings in the prevention of all financial institutions against robberies. However, the lack of prevention concerns the workers themselves, not the technical security.
