Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu vybraného výrobního pracoviště ve společnosti Mergon Czech s. r. o., zabývající se technologií vyfukování plastových výrobků. Stěžejní částí této práce je identifikace plýtvání při přestavbě strojního zařízení a návrh kroků vedoucích k jeho eliminaci. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of Mergon Czech s. r. o., which deals with technology blow moldinging of plastic products. The main part of this work is to identify waste in exchange facility and reduce the time associated with this.
