Tato práce je zaměřena na svobodu projevu ve vztahu k extremismu a její zakotvení v právních řádech ČR a USA, především pak v Ústavě České republiky a Listině základních práv a svobod, dále v Evropské Úmluvě o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod a Ústavě USA. This thesis is focused on freedom of expression in relation to extremism and its anchoring in the laws of Czech Republic and the USA, especially in Constitution of the Czech Republic and in Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, forth in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and tho U.S. Constitution.
