Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou místního poplatku za užívání veřejného prostranství. Je zde provedena analýza možnosti užívání tohoto prostranství, problematika definice veřejného prostranství, souběhu zpoplatnění s vlastnickými právy. Celá práce je koncipovaná s ohledem na možnosti obcí k realizaci svého práva k vybírání tohoto poplatku. V práci jsou vyhodnoceny obecně závazné vyhlášky o místních …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused at the use of public space to be charged in the form of municipal tax. Such a charge as well as other municipal taxes are declaration of the local authorities granted by constitution of the Czech Republic.
