Cílem této práce je vytvoření základního přehledu týkajícího se zajišťování bezpečnosti potravin v EU. První kapitola je obecně věnována bezpečnosti potravin a jejímu zajišťování v rámci EU. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to provide a basic overview of food safety in the EU. The first chapter is generally dedicated to food safety and its ensuring within the EU. The second chapter focuses on the implementation of EU food law into the Czech legal system and the third chapter is aimed at presenting the safety and quality of food of Polish origin imported to the Czech market.
