Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zkoumá vliv společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) na rozhodování nedávných absolventů a studentů vysokých škol při výběru zaměstnání. Pomocí conjoint analýzy je simulován a ana-lyzován proces rozhodování 212 účastníků. Abstract:
This thesis investigates how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in-fluences the employment choices of fresh university graduates and stu-dents. By using conjoint analysis, decision-making process of 212 par-ticipants is simulated and analysed.
