Cieľom bakalárskej práce „Riadenie pracovného výkonu v konkrétnom podniku“ je analyzovať proces riadenia vo vybranom podniku, zhodnotiť vplyv súčasného systému na výkonnosť zamestnancov a navrhnúť odporúčania konkrétnych zmien.
