Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na popsání historického vývoje a popsání současné organizaci soudnictví v Českých zemích a posléze v České republice. Popsání fungování a organizaci jednotlivých soudů. Přiblížení vnitřní struktury soudů, pravomoci a příslušnosti.
Abstract:
My thesis is focused on the description of the development and current organizacion of the judiciary in the Czech countries and then in the Czech Republic. I describe the functioning and organizacion of the courts. I try to approach the inner structure of the courts, their powers and jurisdiction.
