Abstract:

Tato závěrečná práce studia sportovní diplomacie s názvem „Stanovy sportovního svazu; Případová studie házená“ se zabývá problematikou obsahu a přípravy změny stanov sportovního svazu, konkrétně Stanov Českého svazu házené. Stanovy jsou základním dokumentem sportovních spolků a jejich kvalita do velké míry určuje efektivitu procesů uvnitř spolku s dopadem na každého člena. Ne každý člen si uvědomuje důležitost kvalitně zpracovaných dokumentů svazu a jejich dopad na řízení nejen svazu samotného, ale také řízení klubů, soutěží atd. Z tohoto důvodu je nutné při přípravě nového znění Stanov podrobit ty současné podrobné analýze a identifikovat kritická místa, která do jisté míry negativně ovlivňují činnost svazu. Zároveň je důležité, aby navrhované znění i průběh přípravy Stanov bylo založeno na demokratickém principu s ohledem na všechny členy svazu. Pro dosažení výzkumného cíle této práce byly použity osobní zkušenosti s vedením sportovní organizace, rozhovory s odborníky na sportovní právo a analýza stanov ČSH v historickém kontextu. V závěrečné fázi byla analyzována současná verze stanov ČSH na jejímž základě bylo možno popsat návrh řešení procesu tvorby a změny stanov.

Abstract:

This final thesis of the Sports Diplomacy study entitled "Statutes of the Sports Association; Case Study Handball" deals with the issue of the content and preparation of the change of the statutes of the sports association, namely the Statutes of the Czech handball federation. The statutes are the basic document of sports associations and their quality largely determines the effectiveness of the processes within the association with an impact on each member. Not every member is aware of the importance of well prepared documents of the association and their impact on the management not only of the association itself, but also on the management of clubs, competitions, etc. For this reason, when preparing a new version of the By-Laws, it is necessary to subject the current ones to a detailed analysis and to identify critical points that to some extent negatively affect the activities of the association. At the same time, it is important that the proposed wording and the process of drafting the Statutes is based on a democratic principle with respect to all members of the Association. To achieve the research objective of this thesis, personal experience of running a sports organisation, interviews with sports law experts and analysis of the CSH Statutes in a historical context were used. In the final stage, the current version of the CSH Statutes was analysed on the basis of which it was possible to describe a proposed solution to the process of drafting and amending the Statutes.
