The Use of Facilitation Techniques in Pupils with Multiple Disabilities in Special Elementary Schools

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím facilitačních technik u žáků s vícenásobným postižením v základní škole speciální. Teoretická část této práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První z nich je věnována problematice vícenásobného postižení. Druhá se zaměřuje na popis vybraných facilitačních technik. Třetí pak pojednává o legislativním kontextu v rámci vzdělávání žáků s vícenásobným postižením. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická obsahující kvalitativní metodologii. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat a popsat přínos facilitačních technik u žáků s vícenásobným postižením. K získání výzkumných dat byly použity metody pozorování, analýzy dokumentů a rozhovoru. Výsledky výzkumných dat byly zpracovány do případových studií čtyř žáků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the use of facilitation techniques for pupils with multiple disabilities in a special primary school. The theoretical part of this thesis is divided into three chapters. The first of them is devoted to the issue of multiple disabilities. The second focuses on the description of selected facilitation techniques. The third deals with the legislative context of the education of pupils with multiple disabilities. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part containing a qualitative methodology. The aim of the thesis was to analyze and describe the benefits of facilitation techniques for students with multiple disabilities. Methods of observation, document analysis and interview were used to obtain research data. The results of the research data were processed into case studies of four pupils
