Abstract:
Diplomová práce analyzuje řízení lidských zdrojů ve společnosti Vodovody a kanalizace Jesenicka, a.s. Cílem práce je provést analýzu řízení lidských zdrojů a vytvořit návrh jeho zefektivnění. Analýza je provedena na základě dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Součástí práce je i organizační struktura společnosti.
Abstract:
The dissertation analyzes the management of human resources in the company Vodovody a kanalizace Jesenicka. The aim of this work is to analyze the management of human resources and present the proposal for improvement to the company's efficiency. The analysis is performed on the basis of questionnaires.
