Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem motivace speciálních pedagogů k výběru jejich profese. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a empirické. Úvodní kapi-tola teoretické části se věnuje charakteristice speciálního vzdělávání, konkrétně jsou zde popsány základní školy speciální, způsob výuky a také samotní žáci. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of motivation of special educators to choose their profession. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical.
