Abstract:
Práce obsahuje rešerši aktuální literatury na téma vícerozměrné řízení výkonnosti podniku a vnější a vnitřní analýzu společnosti Eclipse print. Cílem práce je navržení Balanced Scorecard a strategické mapy společnosti a jejich implementace založené na předchozí rešerši a analýze.
Abstract:
The thesis contrains literature research on the topic of multi-dimensional performance management and inner and outer analysis of Eclipse print company. The aim of the thesis is to propose the Balanced Scorecard and stratégy map for the company and its implementation based on former research and analysis.
