Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část, rešeršní, je věnována základním vlastnostem konformních povlaků se zaměřením na Parylen a jejich porovnání pro variace aplikací, ať už se jedná o jednovrstvé organické konformní povlaky, nebo o vícevrstvé anorganické vrstvy. The master theses id divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the basic properties of barrier films, especially on Parylene. Barrier films will be compare in variations of applications with using single-layer organic or multilayer inorganic barriere films.
